Processing Time
- All pendants are made to order, including custom engravings. The processing time for your order is approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Some orders may take longer to process due to the nature of custom work and international shipping.
Shipping Costs
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number.
- Please note that some courier companies do not offer tracking services.
Priority Shipping
- We do not offer priority shipping due to the custom nature of our products. Each piece is crafted with care and requires time to ensure the highest quality.
Lost or Misplaced Orders
- If a pendant is misplaced during shipping, we will provide a full refund.
- If your pendant does not arrive within 4 weeks of shipping, please contact us at help@jewellerytailor.com.
