How long does it take for my order to be shipped?


Each pendant is custom made and engraved to order, allowing for full customization, including personalized engraving on the back. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we aim to have your order completed and delivered within 3-4 weeks.

Our process takes time to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail for every piece. We appreciate your patience as we create your personalized pendant!

Where do you deliver to?

We offer free worldwide shipping to most destinations. While we strive to reach as many countries as possible, there are some remote or hard-to-reach locations that may be excluded. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, in most cases, we can successfully ship to your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. If you havenโ€™t received it, feel free to reach out to us, and weโ€™ll be happy to assist.

Can I get a refund?

What if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@jewellerytailor.com to arrange a return and refund or replacement.

Do members get more time?

Currently, we do not offer extended return periods for members.


Are refunds free?

We accept refunds if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. However, please note that customized items are not eligible for refunds. If a refund is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I return to a store?

If you need to return an item, please reach out to us directly, and we will provide the return address for our UK office. Weโ€™ll guide you through the return process and ensure everything goes smoothly.
